CPR „Contract Price Renegotiation”

We, at parasus are an innovative company in SAP-based purchasing, we are now also the first consulting company worldwide that has supported SAP in a co-innovation project to develop the tool CPR "Contract Price Renegotiation".

The application, previously known as “SBO – Supply Base Optimization”, is now available with new features and a new name.

The tool focuses on price negotiations in a specific cycle (annual, semi-annual, quarterly), which is one of the “best practices” in the automotive industry. The objective is to support the buyer during the negotiations with suppliers by identifying and achieving important savings.

SAP CPR „Contract Price Renegotiation”

SAP CPR “Contract Price Negotiation” is a user-friendly solution for price renegotiation in strategic purchasing. The tool provides full transparency in negotiation management, allowing a detailed and structured presentation of all processes in the system. Therefore, CPR is an entirely integrated system that masters all requirements in negotiation management.

Enabling the query of all important sub-areas, in indirect and direct purchasing, the tool enables more transparent and accelerated price negotiations with sustained savings.

Buyers appreciate the simple and intelligently controlled procurement experience. Integrated approval workflows and task distribution contribute to a fast ROI (return on investment).

The result: the negotiated savings directly impact positively on the business case of the company.

As parasus we are proud to be part of this development!
