BeNeering Customer Days 2024: Customer Orientation and Innovation

On September 24 and 25, the BeNeering Customer Days 2024 took place in Dorsten, where customers, partners and industry experts came together to discuss current trends and innovations in the field of procurement. As an implementation partner of BeNeering, we were also represented.

With this in mind, we are delighted to have BeNeering as our partner.

The event offered participants in-depth insights into product developments, best practices and the future direction of BeNeering. The focus was on customer presentations that highlighted real use cases and success stories from various sectors.

 

A particular focus of this year’s Customer Days was the discussion on how artificial intelligence can support and optimize purchasing processes in the future.

Expert presentations and interactive discussions showed how AI can accelerate decision-making in procurement, automate routine tasks and thus create more freedom for strategic tasks. This is made possible in particular by the use of intelligent assistance systems such as “Ask BEN”, which are already able to support users in real time with questions and tasks in the purchasing process.

 

Another topic of the event was the future direction of BeNeering.

It became clear that the company will continue to focus on technological innovations in order to maximize the efficiency of purchasing processes. In addition to practical insights into existing solutions, participants were also given an outlook on upcoming developments and new functions that BeNeering is planning to make procurement even smoother and more agile.

In addition to the technical insights and strategic discussions, the Customer Days also provided an excellent platform for exchange between customers, partners and BeNeering. Best practices from various industries enabled participants to take away valuable ideas for optimizing their own procurement processes and learn from the experiences of other companies.

 

Customer Days 2024 made it clear once again that BeNeering is not only focused on the further development of its solutions, but also on the needs of its customers.
